(Al-Qiyama) 75 : 17
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآنَهُ
It is Our duty to codify It and to make It read to you.
It is told that it is the duty of Three Time Knower Lord Allah to arrange the Three Time Knowledge Book and to codify It and make It read to Messenger. See explanation 41: 41-43 and 50: 1.
